Hi, I’m Josephine

Founder of Re-You Wellness, supporting the body and nervous system to release stored stress and return to balance.
I’ve worn many hats over the years — beauty therapist, skincare specialist, trainer, primary school teacher, mother, and working in management — and each chapter has gently guided me back to what I’ve always loved most: working hands-on with people and creating space for connection and healing.
I’m a mum to two beautiful children, and walking alongside them through their own health challenges has been one of my greatest teachers. Combined with my own experiences — navigating life’s struggles, menopause, and my ongoing journey toward self-acceptance and growth — I felt called to return to working with the body in a more holistic and supportive way.
My own life experiences and health challenges have deeply shaped the way I approach this work. Having moved through periods of physical and emotional difficulty myself, I understand how closely our nervous system, body, and life experiences are connected. These experiences led me to explore more holistic ways of supporting the body and ultimately guided me toward the work I do today.
Over the past decade, my path has been one of learning, unlearning, and listening — to my body, to life, and to what truly supports balance and wellbeing. This journey has led me to train in holistic modalities, including Spinal Flow Technique develop by Dr Carli Axford, Reiki, and Functional kinesiology, approaches that focus on supporting the body rather than trying to fix it.
My intention is simple: to create a calm, supportive space where your body can slow down, release stress, and respond naturally in its own time and way.
At Re-You Wellness, the focus is on helping people reconnect with themselves — supporting the body and nervous system to find balance again, so you can gently return to the most natural version of you.
