spinal flow technique
What to expect in a spinal flow session
During your session, you will lie comfortably on your stomach while a gentle touch is applied to specific access points along the spine. There is no force or manipulation, allowing your body to release naturally.Your body guides each session, and you may notice sensations such as movement, warmth, or a deep sense of relaxation as stress begins to release. Is this for you?
If you’re experiencing:Stress or overwhelmTension or pain in the bodyFatigue or low energyFeeling stuck or out of balance
The body works in layers, and each session builds on the last. While not required, many people benefit from beginning with a series of 3–6 sessions to support deeper release and lasting change over time.
Ongoing sessions help the nervous system feel safer, more regulated, and better able to support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and function.how often?
After your Session
You may feel relaxed, lighter, or more at ease in your body. It’s recommended to drink water and allow time for your body to integrate the changes, as shifts can continue after your session.Spinal flow supports all ages
From Birth to Childhood
Birth itself can place stress on a baby’s spine and nervous system. As children grow, falls, injuries, emotional stress, and daily pressures can also affect how the nervous system functions.Pregnancy Support
During pregnancy, the body goes through significant physical and emotional changes. Spinal Flow supports the nervous system by helping the body release tension and adapt more easily to these changes. This may assist with reducing discomfort, supporting relaxation, improving sleep, and promoting overall wellbeing.Teenagers
During the teenage years and early adulthood, the body is adapting to rapid physical and emotional changes. Stress, posture, sports injuries, and lifestyle habits can place increased pressure on the spine and nervous system.Adults
Work demands, family responsibilities, injuries, long-term stress, death, and trauma can accumulate in the body over time, affecting posture, energy levels, and overall well-being.older Adults
As we age, maintaining mobility, balance, and nervous system function becomes increasingly important. Supporting spinal flow can help the body stay adaptable, regulated, and resilient.
Why Choose a Group Session?
Spinal Flow group sessions provide a calm, collective environment where the body can gently unwind, regulate, and reset in the presence of others on a similar journey.
