What happens in a Kinesiology session?

Each session is designed to support your body in returning to a more balanced and settled state — physically, emotionally, and mentally.

At your first session, we’ll take time to talk through what’s been going on for you and what you’d like support with. This helps guide the session and ensures it’s tailored to your needs.

The session takes place with you lying fully clothed on a massage table. Gentle muscle testing is used alongside acupressure points to identify where your body may be holding stress or tension.

Once areas of imbalance are identified, a range of gentle techniques may be used to support your body in letting go of what it’s been holding and returning to a more balanced state.

Each session is guided by what your body needs on the day.
